CAMPBELL, 86, of Kenova in Lowell, AR.  Born June 20, 1919, in Kenova, WV.  Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Henrietta Meredith Newman; husband, James H. Campbell; and son, Charles C. Campbell.  Survivors include daughter, Barbara Gartin; daughter-in-law, Patricia Campbell; two granddaughters and one grandson-in-law; two grandsons, and one great-grandson.  Burial was December 5, 2005, in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
